Who Supports the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act?
Comments (0) In winning a majority of the House, Republicans were given a message to fix the economic issues in the country. Their moves so far? Taking ceremonial votes against the Health Care Reform, Starting to investigate the Obama administration and now deciding what Forcible Rape is.
H.R. 3 or better known as the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act, would narrow the use of federal funds for “cases of ‘forcible’ rape but not statutory or coerced rape.” This could mean cases where women are “drugged or given excessive amounts of alcohol, rapes of women with limited mental capacity, and many date rapes” would no longer count as rape.
